当局者迷，旁观者清 [ dāng jú zhě mí，páng guān zhě qīng ]

当局者和旁观者，原指下棋的和看棋的人。后用以比喻当事人和旁观的 人。当事人看问题反而糊涂，旁观的人由于客观，却看得清楚。《新唐书 元行冲传》：“当局称迷，傍观必审（清楚之意）。”
